At the conclusion of another Encore Theatre Awards Lunch at Croydon's Fairfield Halls, Cancer Research UK's Emma Cronin receives a cheque representing the total raised to date by the fund. This annual event takes place every May.

Encore Theatre Awards Lunch

This is the event that started off the Roy Castle Fund six years ago. Held in the Arnhem Gallery Suite of the prestigious Fairfield Halls in Croydon, it honors various sectors of the entertainment industry including awards for Show guide of the Year, Venue Manager of the Year, Gaffer of the Year, Producer of the Year and The Roy Castle Trophy for Outstanding Services to Variety.
